In January 2007, there were 28 sold properties. The average price was $381,646 and the median price was $274,450. The price range was $195,000-$2,100,000 with 107 average days on market.
In January 2008, there were 24 sold properties. The average price was $421,875 and the median price was $361,750. The price range was $194,900-$1,250,000 with 110 average days on market.
