As we have always stated that as a homeowner, potential resident, potential seller, or as a real estate consultant, we think it is always important to know the stats about what is happening with Hoover AL Real Estate.
In March 2007, there were 272 homes listed in Hoover, AL during the month. The average price was $366,044 and the median price was $321,946. The listed price range was $123,500-$2,212,500.
In March 2008, there were 232 listed homes in Hoover, AL during the month. The average price was $354,208 and the median price was $309,900. The listed price range was $137,500-$1,999,000.
In March 2007, there were 122 sold homes in Hoover, AL. The average price was $347,290 and the median price was $293,950. The price range was $136,400-$1,137,500 with 98 average days on market.
In March 2008, there were 96 sold homes in Hoover, AL. The average price was $353,437 and the median price was $321,962. The price range was $100,000-$1,291,000 with 67 average days on market.
