Hoover Alabama Real Estate Guide and Community Tour

It began with a dream sparked by a bit of information. In the late 1950's Alabama was going to widen Highway 31 south. There was a large amount of land, virtually untouched, and a spark flew. A fire was lit in the mind of William Hoover who immediately bought up as much land as he could and opened up an insurance company thus beginning the growth of what is now Hoover, Alabama.

All four blocks, comprising of just over 400 residents, incorporated in 1967. Hoover continued to fire his dream acquiring and annexing more and more land. Today it boasts over 65,000 residents and prides itself on being "Peaceful ... Proud ... Prosperous."

Recognizing its promenence, we decided to honor it with a virtual community tour and real estate guide. You can view it by clicking here:Hoover Community and Real Estate Guide
